Hands-on cultivation activities demonstrating low-tech methods for outdoor cultivation of mushrooms.

Discussions about mushrooms for cooking and medicinal uses, medicinal benefits of shiitake, reishi, maitake and other mushrooms as we interact with them.

Demonstrations of mushroom preparation for food and medicine offered by Teresa will be followed by samples of Triple Mushroom Soup, Gourmet Mushroom Sauté, and double Reishi maceration.
